Reborn as a residential condo building, this pre-war high-rise hosts residents in the Upper West Side, right near Riverside Park, at 241 West 97th Street. Residents can enjoy a variety of local entertainment while still having easy access to everything else the city has to offer, since the subway is just a block away. The Sabrina has a one-story limestone base foundation, stands 14 stories tall and features band courses above the third and 12th floors of the facade.
